Give every news update a reason to exist.
A useful news page helps readers understand what has changed, why it matters and where to go next.
A news page works best when each update answers a specific question. It might explain a new service, introduce a piece of work, clarify a process or share a useful change in opening arrangements.
Lead with the information the reader needs. A clear title and a short summary make it easier to decide whether to read further. Keep dates accurate and avoid presenting sample projects as completed client work.
Use the article body to add context rather than repeat the headline. Explain what is different, who the update is for and whether any action is needed. When there is a next step, make it specific and easy to find.
Review older posts occasionally. Information that was accurate when published may no longer describe your service. Keeping an editable draft and a published version separate helps you prepare changes without interrupting the current page.
