Welcome to LinkouLab News. This is a new place to share the thinking behind our work: how a website is structured, what makes an interaction useful, and how a clear brief becomes a distinctive digital experience.

We work with small businesses, personal brands and organisations. Their websites need different voices, but the questions behind them often overlap. What should a visitor understand first? Which information helps them take the next step? What should remain easy to update after launch?
